Our Global Events are the result of a yearly effort that began in 1997 and over time they became the most important in Latin America; in the year 2010 we turned Global. Our events have focused on service, support and technologies to enable great customer experiences.
In our first Global Event in 2010 we turned our attention on how to lower costs and provide the best service possible. The 2011 edition focused on the global customer experience with special emphasis on the importance of a 360° service experience. In 2012, we will focus on digital, mobile and customer relationships. |
