Juan Pablo Tricarico is Partner & Vice President of Clienting Group, since 2002. He is responsible for the company's Commercial Division and is Divisions Director within the Customer Interactive Center and Home Shopping. Each year he organizes the Décimo Congreso Regional de Contact Centers & CRM which takes place in Argentina. He is also Partner and Director of Teccom S.A., a voice service company.
Juan Pablo has given courses and seminars for various organizations. On several occasions he has been lecturer and panelist in the Ciclo de Formación y Divulgación that Clienting Group organizes annually. Additionally, he is member of the Taskforce de Asuntos Regulatorios de AMDIA and Vice President of the Capítulo de Agencias de Marketing Directo. |
