Jonathan Somoza

   
 

 

Jonathan is a professional with over 14 years of industry experience in Call Center and Customer Service in different areas such as: Compensation, Human Resources, Quality, Training, Work Force Management, and Operations. He has worked for world-class companies such as American Express, TeleTech, Telvista, RCI, Citibank among others, allowing him to create a holistic view of the different needs and challenges of each position and area. Despite his young age, he has obtained positions of great responsibility.


Jonathan, among his professional accomplishments, has lectured at the InternationalContact Center Expo and Conference in Miami Florida, and participated in the congress Marketing Relacional y Estrategias Avanzadas de Retención y Lealtad del Consumidor, as well as in the Social Customer Contact Forum in Monterey.
