With over 20 years experience in Call Center Industry and Telecommunications, Higinio Sánchez is an engineer in Electronics and Telecomunications, a graduate of ITESM, with expertise in telecommunications management. Throughout his career, as CEO and president of Telvista, he became an expert advisor and key executive who has developed the largest call center in Latin America with more than 10,000 employees. Three years ago, he associated to form Motiva Contact Centers and thus, began a new generation of contact centers.


He has been invited as a speaker in over 60 forums in countries such as the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, as well as, in universities, business organizations and aid agencies. He has served on the board of several organizations like the IMT, CANIETI, COPARMEX, Club Rotario, Asociación Pro Bomberos de Tijuana, among others. Bearer of several awards. Best Place to Work, BIZZ AWARD, Rotary Young Leader Award.   The Asociación Nacional de Ejecutivos de Ventas y Mercadotecnia, awarded him in 2008, with the Premio Nacional de Ejecutivo Distinguido.
