Edward Basquez has been working in the contact center industry for over 30 years. 10 years as a professional consultant, 10 years at the performance level and 10 years as a Director, Manager and Supervisor in World Class Call Centers. Edward Basquez graduated from Regis University. He is also a Walter Kaitz Executive Telecommunication Graduate.

Ed is currently working with nVoq as a Director where he trains and deploys speech to text technology across the United States in World Class Call Centers. Ed was one of the top rated speakers at last years 2nd Global Forum. Mr. Basquez also has presented workshops in Las Vegas Nevada at the Bellagio and Flamingo Hotel for ICCM and the IQPC organization.  All of his events are always at full capacity. He shares practical information and demonstrates how technology gives contact centers the leading edge. Ed transforms centers into world class call centers.
