Eduardo is a public accountant. He studied at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, and has obtained three certificates CISA, CGEIT and CRISC issued by the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA .)
Eduardo has 18 years of experience in audit and risk consulting, and IT security controls. His experience is focused on the assessment of technological risks in information systems and IT infrastructure, and is a specialist in the subject of privacy and data protection.
He is currently partner of Deloitte Technology Risk Services, responsible for Privacy and Data Protection services.
Eduardo primarily serves government industries, Energy (Oil), and Telecommunications Services.
Eduardo published the “Estudio Nacional de Riesgos de TI en Mexico” and has made several publications on data protection. Recently he published a study called “Termómetro de Privacidad de Datos Personales en México.
Eduardo has participated in various forums on Data Privacy and Security, Irrigation and IT controls. |
